Finish/catch up on a series
The #AYearAThon read-a-thons occur during the first week of each month. Every read-a-thon has a different theme and this month is a really useful one. I have so many unfinished series! I've decided to try and finish 5 (for each I only have 1 more book to read).
TBR:
- Inkdeath by Cornelia Funke
- Fallen in Love by Lauren Kate
- Girl of Nightmares by Kendare Blake
- Infinite by Jodi Meadows
- Allegiant by Veronica Roth

"The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 12th and runs through Sunday, May 18th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional."
- The Bout of Books Team
Although the Bout of Books read-a-thons don't have any themes, I have decided to carry over the one from #AYearAThon as I still have so many series waiting to be completed! I will also carry over any unread books from that TBR onto this one.
TBR:
- Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi
- Ignite Me by Taheref Mafi
- Fracture Me by Tahereh Mafi
- City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare
- City of Glass by Cassandra Clare
Will you be partaking in either read-a-thon? If so, feel free to share your TBR piles/posts!

I'd need a year to get through all my unfinished series.
ReplyDeleteI already caught up with the series I was reading, so I am not sure what to read during the read-a-thons.
ReplyDeleteHey!
DeleteWell the Bout of Books never has a theme so you don't have to read anything specific - feel free to pick and choose whatever pleases you!
As for the AYearAThon, they aren't strict on the rules so you don't have to follow them if you don't want to or don't have anything to read for it - you can still join in a read read read!
Good luck :)
I've been in an awful reading slump for the month of April, so these read-a-thons are a great opportunity not to catch up on series, but on reading on general.
ReplyDeleteAnd my tbr for the year-a-Thon is to finish my 3 already started books and then go with some series. I never have strict tbrs. They make me nervous, to be honest)
Good luck with yor reading!)
